Yes. Jivanam Foundation is registered under both 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, so every donation is eligible for tax deduction.

After you donate, share your full name, PAN and the payment screenshot with us on WhatsApp (+91 93109 69057) or by email at info@jivanamfoundation.org, and we will issue your receipt.

Head to the Donate Now page. You can pay by UPI - scan the QR code or copy our UPI ID - or by a direct bank transfer / NEFT / IMPS to the account listed there.

Once the payment is done, upload the screenshot on the same page so we can match it to your name and send your receipt.

Receipts are issued within 3-5 working days of us verifying your payment. If it has been longer than that, write to info@jivanamfoundation.org with the date and amount and we will track it down for you.

Mention the case or programme name when you share your payment screenshot. We tag your contribution to that case and send you photos and updates from the actual drive or programme your donation supported.

Every case page also carries a live progress bar showing how much has been raised so far.

No. A hot meal for one child costs us about Rs. 30, so nothing is too small. Give whatever feels right - we count impact in meals served and children taught, not in the size of the transfer.

Absolutely. Books, stationery, dry ration, clothes, blankets, toys and medical supplies are always welcome and always used.

Yes, and it is the single most useful thing a supporter can do: a standing monthly contribution is what lets us commit to a child's full year of schooling or a family's monthly ration with confidence.

Set up a monthly UPI autopay or a standing instruction to our account, then tell us, so we can log you as a regular donor and send one consolidated annual receipt.

At present we can only accept donations from Indian bank accounts and Indian UPI apps. We are not yet FCRA-registered, so foreign contributions cannot be received lawfully.

If you are an NRI with an NRO account, or have family in India, they can donate on your behalf and the 80G receipt will carry whichever PAN you nominate.

Fill in the short form on the Become a Volunteer page. Tell us what you are good at and how much time you can spare, and our coordinator will call you within a few days to match you to a programme.

As little as a few hours a month. Some volunteers join a single Sunday food drive; others teach one evening a week, run our social media from home, or help at health camps a few times a year. We plan around what you can genuinely give.

No. What matters is that you turn up when you say you will. Teachers, doctors, designers, accountants and photographers all have obvious roles here, but most of our work simply needs patient, reliable people.

Yes. Volunteers who complete a programme cycle or a set number of drives receive a signed certificate and a letter of recommendation on request - useful for college applications and CSR reporting.

Yes, and they often do. We regularly host college groups, school NSS units and corporate teams for food drives, teaching days and donation camps. Write to us with your group size and preferred date and we will build the day around you.

We work across five areas: education for underprivileged children, nutrition through regular meal and ration drives, healthcare camps and medical support, special child care at our dedicated centre, and women empowerment through skill training.

Our base and our day-to-day programmes are in Noida and the wider NCR, run out of our office at G-13, 1st Floor, Sector 6, Noida 201301. Larger ration and relief drives occasionally take us further into Uttar Pradesh.

We run lean and keep administrative spending deliberately low - most of our hands are volunteers rather than salaried staff, so the overwhelming majority of every rupee goes into meals, school fees, books, medicines and camp costs.

Regularly. Schools give us classrooms and students, hospitals and clinics give us doctors and medicines for camps, and other NGOs give us reach into communities we do not yet serve. If you run one and the work overlaps, we would like to hear from you.

Yes. Sponsorship covers a child's school fees, uniform, books and a daily meal for a full academic year, or a family's monthly ration.

You receive periodic updates and photographs, so you can see exactly what your support changed. Contact us and we will walk you through the children and families currently waiting for a sponsor.
